I was 32 when I finally got ADHD treatment. AI does not help people w/ADHD. It harms them and infantalizes you. Do not let businesses, CEOs, etc off the hook for a half-assed program that causes harm.

Like literally the best coping strategy for ADHD is mindfulness. Writing your OWN notes. Keeping your OWN lists. Finding strategies that help YOU remember things. YOU, not a chatbot.
