Yeah, a total descoping of Kitchener corridor electrification to Bramalea is news to me but I've gone of that place for a while now.
Electrification of the non-priority corridors (i.e. anything besides LSE/LSW) is deferred indefinitely, pending finalization of the necessary budget for the Lakeshores. Once completed, a reassessment of the other corridors will occur and new funding will need to be accessed.
