When I first found my hair stylish I had shoulder length hair in poor condition. She made me grow it out, found the perfect shade of blonde for me, and now it looks better than ever. What an absolute treasure this woman is 💕

Oddly enough I don't have this problem with perfume, shampoo or other products, I still sometimes wear the same perfume that I did during the hardest time of my life. No idea what it is about body lotion that makes me so sensitive to memories associated with its smell

The previous time this happened was when I started a new kind of body lotion around the beginning of covid lockdowns and I got to hate that smell in less than a month and couldn't stand it ever since, but I was also pregnant at that time so 🤷‍♀️

I have this fancy body lotion that I first started using when I broke my leg and I don't think I'll ever finish this bottle, as soon as I smell it I'm mentally in the same time and place again and I'd much rather not be there

The first time I ever saw mandarin ducks was while tripping on acid and it was quite a shock, but this is some next level

lol I have the early to rise part sorted (woke up before 5 today) and would love to go to bed early too, but it's not like I have much say in either 😅

Im so curious to try Ayurveda, but also I'm not sure if im ready to completely overhaul my diet at this time
