I will never back down from the war on cars while monstrosities like this are on the road.
I think once you set WFH as the baseline, which is what Covid did, asking for a return to uncompensated commute time, extra childcare and kids logistics costs, etc. just doesn’t fly. Without a compensating bump in pay, it can amount to a pretty drastic pay cut.
