This is Mission Dolores Park, a public park in San Francisco’s Mission District, established in 1905.

This park is one of the city’s most heavily used public gathering spaces.

Always interesting to see unique places & how people experience them.

I did not know but I believe it. Active lifestyle + long winters

Exercise but rest and recover
Time with friends then relax alone
Learn online then log off
Walk in nature
Be calm

This is the Sentinel Building, also known as the Columbus Tower, a 1907 Beaux-Arts–style building in San Francisco’s North Beach neighborhood.

Notable for its copper-clad turret & for surviving the aftermath of the 1906 earthquake & fire.

I like it.

I’m spending a little time in the Bay Area, California. I love walking to explore & around here, the steep hills lead to sweeping & beautiful views. This is on the way to Coit Tower.

I like reading this, Heather. Today was mostly city for me. Glad to experience it all.

Oh, this is interesting. I was in Death Valley National Park very briefly, decades ago. I like knowing this background about the photo.

I like this scene and the boldness of the colors and contrast.
