Was around for all of this and will always vouch for the kindness and mutual caring I have seen from both Lilith and Agony, both for each other and others. It's disappointing, though sadly not surprising, to see weird parasocial speculations once again spread about them. Exhausting and pathetic.

My housing situation unrelated fell through the day I quit, and I paid my own way through nearly a year in a new apartment before Lilith and her roommates, who happened to also be our dearest friends who can corroborate all of this, openly invited me to move in with them. Again, life is hard, breakups are sad, storytelling is dramatic, and rumors are rarely the full story; if whoever spread that rumor truly cared about what happened, they'd be reaching out to make sure I was okay, not focusing on tearing Lili down. Incredibly shameful priorities. Be nice to my bextie!

I'm so disappointed in our community that I have to post this, but just heard there's a nasty rumor going around about my bextie Lili claiming that she "convinced a girl to quit her job", obviously referring to me ; this is Not True. Lilith and I were in a deeply trusting relationship for several years, and when my old job was giving me daily anxiety attacks on top of being extremely unfulfilling, Lilith lovingly encouraged me to quit for my own well-being and pursue my passions as an artist, and assured me she would support me through the process and aftermath, which she very much did, with great care and patience and kindness. (This was almost 3 years ago btw) Quitting that job was a decision I ultimately came to on my own, with support from my partners and my friends, one I am grateful for every day that I get to live off my art as a career, and a decision I was extremely vindicated in making when an HR whistleblower let me know that there was substantial transphobia directed towards me and my colleagues directly making my job more stressful in a successful attempt to push me out. If anything, Lilith rescued me from a hostile workplace. We had a complicated relationship, and a sad breakup (over a year ago now), but we have never been cruel or uncaring towards one another and we continue to love each other very much and we are really, really great friends who are always there for each other. She is so wonderful and silly and sweet and I do not want anyone to think she mistreated me or manipulated me or god forbid abused me. We are grown adults who make our own decisions using our heads and hearts; despite whatever reason you don't like her, or violated my trust if I confided in you, there is no justification for talking shit behind her back, or insulting me in the process by implying I didn't have agency in that very good decision.
