My hobby is asking various organizations -- immigration lawyers, financial advisors, etc. -- if they have secure upload functionality knowing full well they don't.

doing this without attaching it to a war powers vote is political malpractice

Btw I genuinely appreciate hearing positive opinions on Ottawa. Usually it's like asking a New Yorker about DC -- a lot of "the city that fun forgot" bullshit.

All the hits, of course! I haven't worked out the full setlist yet, but I'm pretty sure it'll include:
Bad puns!
Loud opinions on politics! (Ottawa Opinions Remix)
Multiple mentions of the rabbits living in the yard!
Sadness about leaving! (New track to show career growth)
Profanity!

...at The Garden (not Le Jardin) on Saturday the 14th (ooooh, not spooooky!) from 1 to 4ish.

Be there or be not there! Final showing! Everything must go! No refunds, returns, or exchanges! Do not fold, spindle, or mutilate!

Hey ALX Skeets! Did you want to see me one last time before I leave town? Did you want to know where I'll be so you can avoid me? Either way, there are two last showings!

The first is DRBC on Friday the 13th (oooh, spooooky) and the second and final showing is...

Here's my Blooski statement that Sen. Kennedy calls hyperbolic. I will defend natural law until the day I die, Senator. People's rights come from their humanity, not their government. If ordered to act unethically, you should always refuse. Do Republicans now disagree?

I think this story is a really good example for people to look at when it comes to understanding bias at NYT. It's not that the reporter, Dana Rubinstein, says anything outright false. But the framing, word choices, etc., add up to an unprofessional and biased account.

KENNEDY: You said, 'Republicans think can troll their way to ethnic cleansing.' Did I read that correctly?

BIER: DHS tweeted for 100m deportations. That would be ethnic cleansing!

K: You don't think it's hyperbolic?

B: I think advocating 100m deportations is ethnic cleansing. Yes. Your time is up

the pattern we saw today was also how it went during Covid and the Liberation Day crashes. The market crashes, Trump says exactly what the market wants to hear and the market rallies back, it's then revealed that what Trump was saying is bullshit, but the market stays up instead of crashing

When Trump said this strike was "done by Iran," he was lying, just as he lied about keeping America out of wars.

He & Sec. Hegseth are responsible for the killing of these 175 people, most of them children. They must be held accountable.

yep, i am 1. extremely passionate about pushing back on the insane and deadly ways in which horrible people are trying to use LLMs to harm and impoverish vast numbers of innocents.

and 2. 'LLMs are useless' is a bad argument which will not help us effectively fight the forces of big tech evil.

listen, this isn’t a lie, but it’s really close.

when you google it, the top source is Siskind’s own Facebook page.

the actual audio is just a meaningless blanket statement from which no one should draw any conclusions.

no actual news source has covered the quote, including Fox.

Bar graph showing responses to question "Would you support or oppose abolishing ICE?" from The Economist/You Gov from June 2025 and late Feb-early March 2026. Total support for abolishing rose 23 points, among Dems 30 points, among independents 23 points, among Republicans 14 points.

And it's the job of a campaign to move people.
