I can literally feel the dread onset every time I come on social media. It's why I limit who I follow, the amount of platforms I use, etc. I have mostly happy things like art but still my chest gets noticably tight. That's why I'm not so active.

Sometimes sewing is great, other times the thread keeps breaking and you need to rethread the needle every time you start a new seam. (I hate threading the needle).
