i made lists of people who i wanted to get posts from on my main account in lieu of feeds. separately i curate personal block lists so i can be consistent across accounts, or leave notes to myself. that's it. if you end up on a list that isn't a mod list it's cuz you post good ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
