It’s like in really corrupt countries where people pay to be cops or customs officers because then they can earn a bunch through bribes and corruption- it’s an investment and alas they appear to have understood the system very well.

I’m totally with you. So many layers of horrific including that it really wasn’t a mistake but is the direct consequence of every boneheaded “no more rules in this war, maximum lethality” death cult idiocy from this entire administration. This is what they want - murder, harm, fear, suffering.
