That’s stupid. Government shouldn’t be in the business of surveying people on what homes to build. They should just approve housing to be built across costs brackets.
Maybe you aren’t affected, but I get jet-lagged for a week no matter which way the time shifts. My small child also gets jet-lagged. Car crash’s alway go up after the time shift. Time shifting is a scourge that must be eliminated.
Time shifting and societally induced jet-lag is the bane of my existence (that and all the other terrible things.)
