I love it when folks say I’m funny. I’m actually traumatized and depressed, yung, I’m just laughing my way through it.

Folks forget the ability to even afford games is a privilege and nobody could predict things being what they are in 2026. Give grace to your fellow victims of capitalism and put the anger where it really should be aimed at: the corporations.

That being said, while I find speaking with your wallet and boycotts and such to be solid, I also feel like folks should shut up when it comes to poor folks. Let them play where they have access. Everybody can’t afford to let go of their library & friends they built over years on Xbox, for example.

A benefit of me not really playing Madden or 2K anymore is that I can play most of the games I want to play on GOG and Steam. The way the console makers are moving right now is really disappointing.

That doesn’t mean to ignore the bad shit, either. But balance, ya know?

I’m a strong believer that if you’re going to post about things, you should always post more about shit you like rather than shit you hate. Helps the balance of the universe and all that there.
