It was different when some of us were kids on the internet and had no choice but to confide and vent intense emotions at each other because our parents neglected our mental health needs. But a lot of people seem to carry that really far into adulthood. You have control now, please take the wheel.

I would and have gone into debt to save my own life. You HAVE to fight for yourself. Your friends cant do EVERYTHING for you ☹️

I dont mind being a shoulder to lean on sometimes. But being told suicidal thoughts, ideation & expecting someone to handle your emotions at complete random is unfair to the people you are doing that to

The more therapy I go through the less I want to deal with being the go-to “therapist friend” like im fighting to heal myself yet people in my life try to get me to fix all their problems AND get upset when I suggest therapy.
