Been dealing with something similar since January, just less intense than your experience. Glad to see yours was solved.

I think this will be a really difficult problem for social media platforms to solve effectively, but I can see the correlations to regulating other things like drinking, smoking, gambling. Hopefully Australia can pull it off and be an example for the rest of us.
