For what its worth, I have a lvl 283 character but did most of my playtime before the bethesda launcher got merged with steam so I dont have the achievement. Same with the lvl 10, and 25 achievements.

They do make usb c to display link cables, depending on how much stuff you plug in to the laptop you may want to grab a docking station instead. The quantity of ports on newer laptops can be pretty lacking.
