Antique dolls picking apples
Elsa Dee and AliHa wanted to learn how to preserve apples as well.
My little apple tree had sooooo many apples this year. Apple jelly, dried apples, apple butter β¦ I wish I knew what variety my apple tree is, but was planted by grandpa when I was small and I have no earthly idea.
Phenomenal sunrise on the farm, seen while headed to serve as a county fair superintendent last week.
I am hosting the Arkansas Living History Associationβs doll for 2025. So far AliHa and my tin head doll,Elsa Dee, have been having all sorts of adventures. It has inspired me to do some creation on a small scale.

Ok yes Iβll admit I have a problem. But this is a delightful 1850-1860s sunbonnet with a HUUUGGGEE skirt. But if I donβt rescue these tattered sparrows with pretty feathers who will there be to tell their story. I really need to work on my sunbonnet book.
Not sure what Iβll be featuring on this account yet. Will I echo the insta? Or just post photos of the collection. Hmmzzz
