Thanks! I was a couple of years late watching it, and had somehow managed to avoid an entire internet's worth of spoilers. I'm not usually a fanat sort of person, but I was so captivated by it (especially Hamish Linklater's performance) that I felt compelled to doodle a tribute. Such a superb show!

I've only recently got back into drawing after accidentally getting distracted at an office job for 20 years. Oops!

I do both traditional and digital work, which is often midly horror and/or punny. I'm currently attempting to channel my efforts into bringing a body horror comic to life.

An intricate octopus cut from a single piece of paper

Japanese artist Masayo Fukuda hand-cut this life-sized octopus from one sheet of paper. Known as Kirie in Japanese (translated as “cut picture”), the art form involves cutting intricate forms from a single sheet of white paper and then contrasting it against a black background to reveal the design.
