Texas AG Ken Paxton has declared that it is illegal for mental health providers and therapists to treat trans youth. It means that trans youth will be denied access to any mental healthcare that isn't conversion therapy. Paxton also threatens parents of trans youth with child abuse investigations.

Having transitioned in the late 1990s, and part of the community for years before, i am always amused by younger people not understanding just how different things are today.

Trans people absolutely existed, but we were almost 100% invisible to the general public.

Nothing was the same as today.

In the first two episodes the protagonist bumble his way into a dragon that recognizes him as being such a powerful mage, far more powerful than he is - so he gives you his kid to take care of.

Three episodes and I got bored.

It's an OP wizard being OP at everything, using their OP gathering powers to get max level stuff right from the start, with a deus ex machina to get him out of trouble.

I don't know how to prevent violent individuals from doing violent things.

But this trans person, or that immigrant, or that brown person, or that black person are individuals and that status was not the source of their violence.

If a member of minority group does something terrible, DO NOT go ask that same group of minorities what they think you should be done about that.

Even if acting good faith, you are still implying that being part of that group had something to do with it.
