ATK UPDATE : Buzzfeed has officially said they will not be using Chikn Nuggit at part of their AI supported project.
The creator will be staying to work on the show.
PULSE : Ben Diskin announced he's no longer the voice of Mega Man, because in order to do so, he'd have to work without union protections by demand of Capcom.
This comes after SAG-AFTRA put a "Do Not Work" notice for the upcoming Mega Man game.
Good on him for standing his ground.

PULSE : Creator/VA of Chikn Nuggit has quit Buzzfeed due to an AI project in the studio requiring the content be fed into said AI.
They are strongly against AI, but can't discuss what it is due to NDAs.
Buzzfeed has since deleted the posts from YouTube and Bluesky.

The family's lawyer claims Discord has "blood on their hands".
PULSE : Discord is being sued by a family over the livestreamed death of their child in 2022. The complaint alleges Discord failed to dismantle the 764 network, a cult tied to child exploitation and suicide.
The family is seeking Economical and Non-Economical damages, among other relief and fees.

I promise you if they successfully purge artists simply for the "weird" or "niche" things they do, they'll go after everything else. Games, shows, and more would be screwed.
Puritans are limitless, and I promise they won't stop after art is gone. They'll just strike the next thing that upsets them.

If it pisses the puritans off and helps an independent artist, I'll sleep happy.
People need to learn that Art, no matter what the artist does for a living, if legal, is art. There's literally no reason to complain or debate about it.
