One time when I really needed a break and declared it, I broke my foot. Now I just say no to people and they get mad at me, but my boundaries are secure and they usually get over it. (I went a long time before I broke something again, 5 minutes after I strapped on my brand new shiny roller skates.)

Misleadingly named Portland Metro Chamber (fmr Portland Business Alliance) really hates poor and middle class folks. If Preschool4A and (real) Metro's Supportive Housing Services taxes are causing wealthy people to leave the Portland metro area, those are not the wealthy people we want in Portland.
