Pretty sure I'm still going to move though. This is insane I can't believe they would jump the gun like this and move everybody out. I'll get my deposit back as well as half of my month's rent

I called the building inspector.
And the building inspector said that the apartment was never told that my floor or the middle floor was condemned and that the third floor was the only floor that was condemned but that they didn't have to move anybody out as long as they fixed the roof.

After packing up literally all my possessions I get an email telling me I don't have to move.
What. The. Fuck.

I'll get my deposit back and half rent

The tornado that came through Friday night where I live in Missouri, was severe enough that I learned an hour ago, my apartment is now condemned. So I have until Friday to move out completely and.. they're shutting off our power in 4 hours.
