I used to live above Paulie's. I believe Kaldis development (Andrew Kaldis) still owns the property...at least that was my landlord when I was there. They weren't bad landlords when I was there. Never charged me a late fee if I was a little behind. Always easy for repairs. Rent was cheap too.
