Ken Sim's attempt to make Vancouver a bitcoin friendly city could be just about dead.
Vancouver council will vote next week on postponing/reducing/killing a number of motions that staff says are too difficult to move forward with.
On the list is Sim's bitcoin motion.
David Eby, on camera, admits that he axed the carbon tax because of corporate lobbying. Cutting it made life more expensive for workers and cheaper for big polluters.
He says BC is too dependent on resource extraction - and yet their plan is to triple down on American-owned gas projects.
