The steak bites were a little too small for the stew I wanted so I air fried them. Turned out amazing and super simple. The baked potatoes are so soft and the Cesar salad was fresh. Very happy with tonight’s dinner

I put in my notice last Monday & my last day is March 26. It’s been such a weight off my shoulders & I’m so ready for this new start. The commute will be longer but it’s worth it for my mental health. Good things do come to those who wait ❤️
