As so many people do with AI, they have no idea what they are doing. Then they wonder why it doesn´t work and then claim its trash and unworthy for their attention ever again.

When you ask me something and i use a tool to figure it out, I´m not an idiot swinging an axe, I can know enough about the topic, computer science, electronics engineering, etc to know if what im being told is nonsense. of if i should dig into this further, i don´t blindly see what im show as truth.

I didn´t build this to learn to code, im not trying to be a full time coder, i just wanted a mod for the game i play and then go back to playing the game...

I just wanted a mod for a game that nobody had made, and none of my friends who know how to code are going to make it for me. But now it exists, and it works. and it took me like 4 days to build for a few euros.
Yet I continue to get tons of push back from my friends like im not learning anything..

Find a opencode setup that works for you with MCP servers. My friends think im wasting my time, when i´m creating niche products for me, mods for games i play. I´m not building some industrial spec website.

The AI models are now just files you put on your system at home, you don´t need some datacenter to run them. The genie is out of the bottle, so get used to them existing.

The tools exist, and will be here the rest of your life, so get good at using them.

You says well its based on other people stolen work, well i don´t know a single person i´ve ever met who has never pirated a song, movie, book, comic, etc in my life.

If the world starts using cars, and you make saddle bags, and saddles for horses...

Don´t be surprised when you're left behind unless you start making leather seats for the cars.

AI is a tool, no matter if you agree with it or not, its here to stay.

Latest scan from this morning of the Blatten Switzerland area. This one is not a comparison over time, but just me getting the data into a usable format for viewing. I will do another one to compare to the previous scans from last month later today.

SAR data is literally magical looking in some of its raw forms.

Landslide area in the Blatten Switzerland area. These colors compare the difference in the area between 17 May and 29 May 2025. This is SAR data from the Sentinel 1 satellite.

I'm trying to combine multiple scans from the Sentinel1 satellite into one image. So i get better scans of the mountainous area in Switzerland. Since the scans from multiple angles can give perspective on an area that would otherwise be obscured. Its the "SeNtinel Applications Platform" or SNAP.
