Failing to Deliver A critique of Army 2030

So since this app doesn't throttle links to other places, here's my piece from early last month rebutting this frankly atrocious piece from the AFC CDR and the Army G2 about Army 2030.

BLUF: This piece is bad, unfocused, poorly written pabulum that fails to advocate for its chosen topic.
