So do the majority of us Americans, believe me. I still can't believe there were enough people to elect this thing TWICE (though I'm convinced Putin tampered with the 2016 election).

Because the people who wrote the Constitution and the Amendments never dreamed anyone like trump could ever be elected. I was 22 when Nixon resigned. I remember thinking at the time that we'd never again have a president as crooked as he has. Damn, I was so naive.

I hadn't heard this story, and I thought I'd read stories that demonstrated the depravity of the Nazis as far as it can go. My uncle (by marriage) was a survivor of Auschwitz. Thank you for posting this nightmare. I will not forget it.

Oh, dear God. I'm in the process of applying for SSDI for my daughter, who is 38 and lives with autism and other developmental disabilities. I can't even imagine how I'd respond to this.

Oh, NO. Those poor ICE agents. My heart breaks for them. I hope they can take solace in the fact that they're being given the opportunity to spend valuable time waving big guns around and frightening Americans, not to mention the chance to arrest innocent people and even deporting kids and infants.🙄

My family, living in Philadelphia, used to visit my grandparents in the Bronx every few weeks. They lived near a bagel factory and we'd stop and pick up a dozen to go, still hot. We'd eat them on the way home. They'd usually be gone by the time we got off the New Jersey Turnpike. Sigh.

Out of 1,885 seats available in the first 5 days in a theater in Towson, Maryland (just north of Baltimore), a total of *17* have been reserved. That's right. Less than 1% of all available seats, for FIVE days. I'm betting the total will rise, even in this very blue state, but not by much.
