Email from survey company YouGov detailing the introduction of "AI-powered interviews" where AI interviewers will ask questions and follow-ups, and will require interviewees to agree to privacy and transparency contracts. It also states AI "can make mistakes" and warns about "inappropriate, unsafe, or wrong" behavior.
YouGov, which does surveys on a broad range of subjects including politics, just sent me an email they're going to begin conducting "AI-powered interviews". "If anything feels inappropriate, unsafe, or wrong, please report it inside the interview." Ghastly stuff.
