I can deal with the repetition, the circus-like music, and the constant cries of, "Mom, look!" from the animal videos my kids watch; the non-diagetic wheezing laugh tracks are, however, a bridge too far.
Off-season is for dedicating time to restorative activities. Thus, this snow-sprinkled evening finds me on the couch, listening to a podcast & drinking from-scratch peppermint hot chocolate, catching up on my hand-sewing mending backlog. Yesterday was piano practice. Stay tuned for what's next.

I don't care about the clock app. I don't care about the former bird app. What I do care about is that no one would know I cut my hair myself if I didn't tell them, so I'm telling you all: I cut my own hair and it looks great. Thank you.
Help: my three-year-old is desperate for Bingo & Bluey to come to our house, and I am running out of ways to break her heart. Today's entry is their car wouldn't start; last time they spent the weekend at Nana's; before that, they were at Muffin's. Help me devastate my child!
