Sometimes it seems like the main use case for #AI is writing about it.
#AI does not „hallucinate“. It does not function properly. Words matter.
So annoying when #psychology in #UX is regarded as a mere “box of tricks” to sell stuff.

Related mistake: Only looking at *solutions* when analyzing competing #UX without taking *context* into account. One cannot really assess competitors’ solutions without fully understanding the context (users, goals etc.) that they aim at.
