A number of studies from the last 20 years provide us with the firm foundation to show coaching works

Today we had a fantastic session exploring how Leading Beyond Boundaries, in partnership with CLEAR and FMLM, is equipping clinicians with the leadership and innovation skills needed to shape the future of care.

He uses engaging real-life anecdotes to emphasis the benefits of coaching in enhancing personal effectiveness (including stress and situation management), team performance and organisational impact

Prof Passmore is sharing insights from both science and practice, including research such as randomised controlled trials and meta-analyses.

‪He starts by explaining his definition of coaching; a dialogue between a facilitator and a client where the facilitator uses active listening, reflections and affirmations to enhance self awareness and personal responsibility, and support the client’s goal attainment ‬

This session explores coaching as a positive tool for both personal and organisational transformation.
