Just realized it might be cleaner if my catalogue of linguistic features (optionally) built on the GSWE model and annotation pipeline.

Starting a mapping of GSWE categories to Biber 67 features.

(1) cataloging linguistic features (e.g. Biber's original 67) in a declarative form (e.g. CQL on spaCy/Stanza tagged texts)
(2) implementing a computational model of the 2021 GSWE (including annotation of spaCy/Stanza tagged texts)
