I saw that and thought, "what a brilliant want to raise $10m from Republican donors and funnel it out to friendly 'consultants' who can kick it back to you."
It's not a way to get Ilhan Omar's seat, but it'll pay her more than she was making opposing hundreds of habeas petitions.
