Cliffnotes? Never heard of it!
Sorry could you summarize this post? Reading is hard, and that's a ton of words!
The funniest part of this: book summaries already exist, and usually come with the book! Before AI, some people already read summaries to pretend they read the books! In fact, reading the summary is more efficient than this!
🤯 Wow! Incredible! Throw it away!

Stained glass art. There is a white marble tile wall with stained glass windows. The center window features a man with bluish grey heavy armor and a vibrant blue cape. The paladin has fair skin and a lot, I mean a lot of dark copper colored wavy hair that flows freely behind him. Behind his head is a blue sky and the sun. The center window is also adorned in gold floral patterns. Two smaller windows are placed on either side of the center window. The smaller window to the left features a giant magical tree that twists in on itself, known as the Lora Tree. The Lora Tree represents Edoril, a land of freedom and commerce. In the smaller window to the right, a volcano stands tall with a pillar of smoke rising out of it. This volcano is Mount Augany, otherwise known as Mt. Agony in other regions. It represents Toffhelm, a land that cherishes brotherhood and craftsmanship. Around the center window are additional sparkles and decorations to make the windows stand out.

Apologies for the Law Dump, these things are a special interest for me haha
No worries! Copyright law is complicated, but fan designs are considered a "derivative work" and in most cases would be protected unless a "majority" of the derivative is just the old design. It's a little bit of a grey area, but a good rule of thumb is more than 50% of the design must be yours.
If you make a new design that is inspired by an existing design, and does not use parts of an existing design to create a majority of the new design, then you retain the rights over your design. You just can't call it a pokemon.
Now, if it's pokemon fanart, like say I draw a Pikachu, obviously that is Pokemon IP and I can only claim the artwork but not the design. If I make a derivative, such as a pikachu with blue fur that uses ice instead of electricity, it would still be recognizable, and thus an infringement of the IP.
That's not entirely true. They own the artwork and the design, but cannot claim any of the "Pokemon" IP. In other words they would not be able to legally claim it's a real Pokemon unless they legally hand over the rights to the design. That's why they're called fakemon.
Losing my mind rn. Ignoring Pokemon they also ripped off the entirety of BOTW, and added Zero Two (darling in the franxx), Roadhog (overwatch), Aetherytes (FFXIV), and god only knows what else 😭
This is hilariously bad...
can confirm this one works wonders
The youngins wouldn't understand
The right way to make a comic is the way that lets you make the comic
The wrong way to make a comic is the way that stops you from making the comic
your ai slop bores me you asked for an image a snail and a squid hanging out because I just found out they're part of the same family (mollusk) "ai" responded drawing of a splatoon style squid with a small snail on its tentacle
delightful
your ai slop bores me you asked for text Give me a fun fact. Whatever you want. I literally do not care what it is. "ai" responded did you know snails and squids are part of the same family of animals as each other ? :3 they're both mollusks!

It seems like you scrolled past the 2024 study and instead picked an earlier study (2021) that agreed with you. This is the first result that came up when I searched. It also cites several other studies that disagree with you. Let's practice honest sourcing.
