Thinking about this latter group all week - the thousands of African young people sold dreams of employment in the Gulf, often by their own government. Already some of the most precarious existences in the legal world now stuck in a war they don’t understand, in languages they don’t speak.

The second leaves in the small hours of the morning. These are mostly young people in matching uniforms who still have sleep in their eyes. The print declares the company that arranged their travel and employment. They are uncertain and confused - for most it’s their first time at an airport.

One person "animation studios" are a huge red flag because that just requires an enormous amount of work. The content of the video itself was plausible but the pfp was suspish so I dug a bit and it was right there.
