Two ways I find work.

1: "Fuck it we ball". Manifest the willpower to START, and then look at the clock in 5 hours. Starting is the hurdle.
2: "Peer pressure". Agree to do that thing with friends at a certain time so you HAVE to do it. I find social obligation kills procrastination real quick.
