A now deleted post from Energy Secretary Chris Wright reads: President Trump is maintaining stability of global energy during the military operations against Iran. The U.S. Navy successfully escorted an oil tanker through the Strait of Hormuz to ensure oil remains flowing to global markets.
This was a lie.
Congress should be putting a stop to this reckless and deadly regime change war in Iran, not turning a blind eye to an Administration fueling it through weapons sales. Congress must take back its war powers and oversight responsibilities. I'm on legislation like 'Block the Bombs' to do that.
*addressed.
Would love to see the concerns these officers have about the location of the plaque.
Nope
Enough is enough.
We just learned that some Republicans in DC are now pushing for even MORE cuts to health care.
Endless money for war.
Endless money for corporate tax cuts.
No money for your health care.

Donald Trump owes Illinoisans $8,679,261,600.
Thatβs $1,700 owed to every household.
Iβm demanding Congress end his illegal tariffs, rein in this lawless President, and deliver for working families.
Reporter: A new report says that the military investigation has found that the United States struck a school in Iran. As Commander in Chief, do you take responsibility for that?
Trump: For what?
Reporter: For the strike on the school in Iran.
Trump: I don't know about it

On part 2 so far...this is wild. Seems like he didn't comply with discovery...at a minimum.

So, Judge Young held a really weird hearing last month on whether to stay his AAUP v. Rubio decision before the First Circuit takes it up.
The opinion is now out.
Yesterday, Democrat Bobbi Boudman flipped a state House seat in New Hampshire that was held by Republicans.
She won by four percentage points, after losing in the same seat by 14 points in November 2024.

Ka$h Patel has it. Ed Martin has it.
All the entities upstream in the chain do fine.
It also struck me that he mentioned something like the government contracts allow for such adjustments, so he would make his cut either way, and ultimately this comes back to the people via taxes or directly, to shoulder the burden. I suspect the same is true here. We all just pay more.
I heard an interview with a construction company owner a little while back about the effect of tariffs. My take away was that he wasnβt that worried because they are able to just pass along the costs and if people donβt want to pay it, they can go elsewhere, because there isnβt anywhere else.

Many will see this and think that today was the serious legal content.
Judge: it is very disappointing to be here, not just with any attorney but an attorney who represents the people of this district and takes the oath that he takes to do that
