Time flies! I wrote this as a young undergraduate after being awarded a PsyPAG research prize many moons ago... Now a fully fledged Lecturer in Psychology, passed my PhD viva in November '24 at the Uni of Warwick and am specialising in chronic pain and self-compassion research!
