If he gets miles/cash back for spend it's not a bad idea to charge bills and then pay off the CC (as long as you aren't leaving a balance on the CC).

You maximize the CC perks while not having any material difference in your cash flow from your checking account (paying X$ on CC vs. X$ on bills)

I would almost prefer a quote re-skeet vs. a standard one because at least then the re-skeeter has to add something and it would be clear if that was adding value or interesting (negative, positive or otherwise).

I don't know how to explain that this little community of bsky is for me and a place I personally feel safe and confident to explore. I have no desire for social media notoriety.
