It's *always* silly.
There's almost never a good balance between the sincere and the humorous. Even in dire episodes, the "jokes" are flying fast and furious though if one makes you laugh it's usually on accident.
I really appreciate Turok making a comeback, and dinosaur video games in general. All we need now is Dino Crisis reboot in the RE engine from Capcom and my life is complete.
