Profile of Johannes Koch, Bluesky handle @lockhead.dev, showing his AWS Hero label
It took a bit, but we now have the first verified #AWSHero, @lockhead.dev! If you are an #AWSHero yourself or know anyone who might want to get that label, it's very easy at verifiedbsky.net

Yes, that's a known issue at the moment, hope to fix it over the next days. Sorry for the automated removal. I tried to reset it, but somehow failed to do it properly π

Thanks to great input by @bmarwell.de, verified bluesky now also supports Apache Foundation Member verification π₯³ Thanks a lot!
With the same update, I have also removed support for conference verification as there was very limited demand by organizers and speakers

It's a bit tricky if you changed you account name, but I'll try to fix that manually. In the future, I plan to also store the DID which doesn't change even if the account name changes, so I know how to reach out

Bluesky verification
Since today re-verification of accounts verified on verifiedbsky.net is happening. Every week, each account is checked if the verification still is ok. If it fails twice, a notification DM is sent. If it fails 4 times, the label is removed and the account is removed from all lists.

Because of a technical limitation in the @fermyon.com cloud, I had to move the backend and took the opportunity to finally get a good DNS name: You can find the tool from now on at verifiedbsky.net!

Sorry, I made this more complicated than it needed to be... Now you can just enter whatever comes after the last / in your profile URL, no matter whether it ends in numbers or not. Can you please try again?
