Well, this has been a long time coming, but I - finally - have all of this combined into one set of line art. Some details are definitely going to need re-working, of course, but that's a problem for later.
That fun thing when it turns out you overslept earlier, and now you have that persistent, grotty headache you get from that.
Woke up, had a cup of tea, decided to poke around on Tumblr for a bit ... and I discovered that the hellsite is apparently even more broken than usual today. Like, "it will barely even load" levels of borked.
The lumpy textures and oddly-light brown shades there have made me wonder whether the material of that world was something other than chocolate 😆

... it continues to be another rubbish week from the late '90s. Funny thing is, I don't remember any of these songs at all (although let's be honest, that's also for good reason, LOL)
... And it looks like it's another bad week from 1999 on the next TotP, too.
And that chocolate song was just plain weird. Apparently this was another badly off week from 1999, then.
And ugh! they had one of those Travis dirges on earlier. What anyone saw in that band, I cannot understand.
Well, this has been another dumpster fire of a week. I'm currently watching Top of the Pops with a glass of wine, while I try to unwind.

This stuff happens sometimes, unfortunately - believe me, I've had more-than-a-few people spectacularly misinterpret innocuous and/or well-meant things too. It can't always be controlled for, predicted or prevented, regrettably
And even then, it was the most stressful, degrading and scary experience I've had in about a decade. I'll say this, whatever poor bastard has ended up in that place, they have my sympathy.
I mean, I was fortunate enough that I was eventually able to buy my way out of the hole they dug for me, but it _does not_ escape me that A LOT of people out there would not have enjoyed the same good fortune (and indeed, ~5 years ago, nor would I have!)
I've had a couple of glasses of wine so I'm a bit calmer now, but dear goodness! I had my life turned upside-down and thrown into chaos last year for absolutely fucking nothing, except so that a moronic and awful landlord could hike the rent on a crappy flat! FFS!
So I guess what they did to me really was a renoviction, then, combined also with some real slumlord shit. Fuck, fuck, fuck.
OK, this is bad even for the Bristol housing market. Fucking hell. I can't wrap my head around this, the BS truly is over 9000.
No fridge, no cooker, no washing machine, and they want £850/mth for this, basically an empty shell. OMGWATF.

Well, it finally happened; turns out my previous flat has - belatedly - reached the market. Turns out they've hiked the rent by 15%, because of course they have.
