A part of Your face tomorrow: fever and spear that stood out to me, lol. Loving it because I love a book that isnβt afraid to just start listing facts and trivia in rambles at you

Reminds me of The Kiss of a Spider Woman, probably my favourite book. Love when a book isnβt afraid to just start telling you wee facts
GAA Match day programmes will never lose their charm. I love the casual writing style of people who write articles like this too, always so effortlessly conversational
The best thing about studying library science is that you learn about your profession by fiddling with the library website instead of doing your research project. I now know how to email a list of citations to myself
Retiring this profile picture, from an old age book I found while working in Galway public library. Iβll miss it
Always interesting that the experience of northern Catholics/nationalists under British rule is rarely if ever invoked when Irish people over the border explain the solidarity between Ireland and Palestine. The peace process is linked here but not the structural sectarianism & British Army killings

We did Vietnam too but it was part of the documents section so we did a bit less. I did it in 2021
You light up my world anna
The American civil rights movement + space race was our case study, then we did dictatorship and democracy and The North 1960-1998 as essay questions
I would make the history a required LC subject if I was ruling the country
Will Conor mcgregor speak about this
We didnβt do that time period for my leaving cert, we could leave out one Irish history section and we dropped that one
Stress but sure look it always passes
Reading about the boundary commission today. Excited for the summer for a bitta free time

Chelsea vs Arsenal semi final next season would be unreal
Tbf, his form in UCL nights at home if he had it away too heβd be on track to be one of the best ever performers. But I guess there was that one game he was very bad. Interested to see how he plays in a knockout game
And the thing is, heβs been on the wing. But you actually wouldnβt know where the fuck heβs playing!
Yeah loooolllsssss heβs a bit odd so i just annoy them a lot by making him wait and stuff . Love that heβs so pretty you think heβs a gyal btw
It took me going far too deep into exam season for me to figure out what I need to do for some of this
Thugging it out
Saw someone talking about it re salah. Setting it to someoneβs own arc of their career is going to favour them, stats that are like βfrom the time both of them played in the same leagueβ are worse and a way to cherry pick stats, but it seems like a βnaturalβ thing to do
Feel like stats like βmost goal contributions since X player joined the leagueβ are very sneakily biased, one of them ones where itβs hard to see how biased it is immediately
Iβve just watched it back genuinely three awful awful awful awful goals
