Don’t take this wrong way but I was excited to renovate this place, I like modern but all white is not my personal favorite, I love color far too much so I’m updating it to something I’ll use but the concept I really liked, I also have light sensitivity issues so white is hard on my eyes.. 💜

I couldn’t finish the event because the save file got corrupt and it wouldn’t work at all in other save files 🙄 I’m irritated because I was actually enjoying it, corrupt saves don’t bother me it’s the fact that I couldn’t continue it when I was actually spending time in the game!

3 tips to build low-budget in the Sims 4 🔽 1. Pick a small lot Smaller lots are, of course, cheaper than that super large 64x64 property. If you want to save money, start with picking an affordable lot. 2. Only use cheap floors and wallpapers Uhm yep, this one is obvious, too. But the price of wallpapers and floor tiles really make a difference for your Sims' home. 3. Use debug items Debug items for decoration, like plants and fences. They usually cost 0 Simoleons. How to get access to them? Use the cheats "bb.showhiddenobjects" & "bb.showliveeditobjects", then search for *debug* in build/buy menu.
Fully decorated starter homes (=Sims houses for new families for under 20.000§) always raise the question how to build that cheap.
Here's a little info chart. While tip no. 1 and 2 are pretty obvious, not everyone might know how to access the free debug items of no.3.
