I told him when HE could do my job as well as me, and carry the # of plates w/o dumping them as I did then he could try to correct me. So I was asked to train him as a server. I said no. If they wanted someone able to do my job, they should have hired her in the first place.
The first time I was asked to train "my boss" I was 18 and a waitress. He had tried to "teach" me the "right way" to carry plates. He dumped 4 or 5 salads down the front of my uniform.
