I visited Price Tower, Frank Lloyd Wrightβs only built skyscraper, last year while I was nearby for a site visit. Walking through it was awesome and itβs frustrating how community assets like this get caught up in lawsuits and poor financial decisions.

Iβm sure empty nesters would love to live in a NY brownstone or SF Victorian, the problem is that the new build modular townhomes in car centric areas turn most away from leaving their SFH
Even within universities, architecture and business schools are competing to house RE dev programs because itβs such a multidisciplinary field. Knowing how to build a strong team with diverse expertise is key βcuz you canβt be an expert on everything. But that takes both time and money.
