This makes me cry for a whole bunch of different reasons. That this 78 year old man is door dashing 10-12 hrs a day when he can hardly go up stairs. That this woman helped him and people came through for him. That so many are in this position. That our government is not helping. So many reasons...

Australian viewer here. We’ve just had Mr Carney visit from Canada. Seems nice. Australia can relate to him easily.
What we can’t relate to is this war on Iran. Some in Australia thinks it’s ok. Most do not. We’re not accustomed to wars beginning without a UN debate.
When I first started out as a journalist I thought it paid to have a background in US history when covering America. Then I thought it would probably be better to be a constitutional lawyer with expertise in jurisprudence. Now I think it would be useful to be a psychiatrist.
