Product people and designers coming together and defining what we should do next, that is where it's at.

Product managers and Designers are two sides of the same coin, it's a matter of alignment.

Animations and UI excellence is on our tool box.
Ultimately you solve a problem for someone, and that will never change, right?

And by vision do we mean:
- future thinking bells and whistles? (UI based vision)
- Ideas on how we can influence metricts through design and we don't need to wait for product to define it.
- Be Shamans of product and bring ideation to leadership and bypass agile process for decision making.

In the context of product/UX strategy conversations, here are some cursed examples :D
- 'What is your 'vision' for the next X months in this area?
- We are planning a 'vision' sprint to decide next steps.
- As a leader, you need to have a defined 'vision' for the area you lead.

I feel 'Vision' is a cursed word.
