I suppose it depends on whether anyone benefits personally from those business relationships and then financially backs our club.
More broadly, I'm not sure Indonesia having positive working relations with Russia is particularly new.

Hello.
Big list here, though lots of them joined and then bogged off again...

Well the legality of it is a whole other thing.
I've not seen it but yeah, everyone has a line.
Amusingly (it's not amusing) but many would say similar things if they were championing linking up with the UK government.
I've always been working on the basis that if your owners are billionaires then they're probably gonna have capacity for significantly loosening their morals at any given point it suits them.
And having owners deeply involved with any government was always likely to be morally problematic.
Thanks for the reminder @janemunday.bsky.social. Every summer, I repost this article DROWNING DOES NOT LOOK LIKE DROWNING. To date, I know of FOUR kids who were saved after someone who'd clicked on the link learnt how to spot actual drowning. Take time to read and pass on.

I have a theory about all this, and it's based on a vacuum in priorities within the communications and marketing people.
Benson will only focus on comms driving commercial revenue, the media team have targets and priorities around social media engagement etc.
There's a big gap in the middle.
With all due respect to yellows forum, almost everything I read in there about the planning process that is asserted with extreme confidence, is total, total horse shit.
I like that they've done a yellow one.
Mario Kart is fun but there's only so long I'm willing and able to play variations of the same game, and 30-odd years is long past that limit.
That doesn't stop everyone else!
Personally I'm just a lot less arsed about social media these days, so I lurk on here but rarely post.
Yeah, a lot of OUFC joined purely as they thought twitter was dead rather than because they wanted to bin twitter.
Because all the little Jakes and Joshes stayed on twitter, that's where all the OUFC traffic remained and so everyone drifted back there.
I still occasionally wake up in a cold sweat remembering SF trying to pass out from the back under Manning. Not really his fault - he's not that kind of player, but that's another reason not to hand out such long contracts from the outset.
Tbf it was an ironclad and unbeatable playground tactic.
Isn't this precisely what Forest are doing now though? That's how it seems from the outside.

Happy birthday!
Thirty-three professional football clubs are being investigated by HMRC amid claims that they exploited a tax scheme to wrongly claim more than Β£17 million in public money, The Times can reveal.

A highly recycled topic I know, but seems relevant with the Switch 2 coming out soon.
5 years ago, many media commentators were adamant that the PS5/XboxSX would be the final generation of consoles. That still seems unlikely to me. What's the latest thinking? Appreciate Microsoft might be more keen on it, but it feels like Sony needs a physical console to keep us in their ecosystem.
Read this. Football is good.
Glad to see VAR continues to prevent costly mistakes.
Feel like that's got to be as much about the year his family and he have had in Bristol as much as anything else. He has connections in Norfolk apparently. Can't blame him really.
