There is a such thing as a Texas Otaku, and he runs a bar in Tokyo where he keeps Aura at 1,000%
These sites are the best to learn about how Ethereum and PoS works:
1. inevitableeth.com/en/home/eth... (I got the image from my first tweet on this site)
2. ethereum.org/en/roadmap/...
Also, in every slot a committee of validators is randomly chosen, whose votes are used to determine the validity of the block being proposed. The first member of the committee is the block proposer; the rest are attesters.
the entire validator set is shuffled into 32 committees (one for each slot). One validator is randomly selected to be a block proposer in every slot. This validator is responsible for creating a new block and sending it out to other nodes on the network.
For those less familiar with Ethereum's Beacon Chain, here are some explanations and resources:
The Beacon Chain handles block logic and consensus logic in Ethereum as part of Ethereum's proof-of-stake (PoS) consensus mechanism. At the beginning of each epoch on the beacon chain,
This is a random idea that popped in my head. If someone wants a neat weekend project feel free to steal this!
The winners and dealer can get an ERC-20 token that is sent to their validator withdrawal address or signal intent to play in the graffiti parameter when they attest (I'm not sure if you can see validator graffiti unless you propose a block ๐ค).
Ethereum Beacon Chain Blackjack ๐
For funsies could someone create a program that reads the Ethereum consensus layer, sees the validators selected from the selected committee, and simulate a blackjack game where the block proposer is the dealer and the attesters are blackjack players?
Saying "Lincoln was a Republican" is like saying โKevin Spacey won an Oscar.โ Technically itโs true, but a lot of shit has happened since then

sure, rose following a known coordinator of bad actors would be warranted, but katie has argued convincingly that it's a renamed account (whether sold or takeoverรจd), and rose may have followed its previous incantation, as it's older than bsky itself:

Young Metro could make a ton of money if he became a smart contract auditor & his stamp of approval was on codebases.
"Trusted by Young Metro" stamps on the project page will certify Young Metro trusts them.
A stamp with bullet holes indicates he doesn't trust the project.
It is great! I think I got it as a gift.
You aren't alone this holiday season! Tell your online friend's and group chats how much you appreciate them โค๏ธ
Thanks to members of my biological family who have accepted me and stuck by me โค๏ธ
Many of my friends have lifestyles or circumstances where they have had to cut off contact to their biological parents and relatives. Whether or not your situation is distance or necessity, you can choose who your family is!
Some of ya'll may not be able to see your blood relatives for the holidays this year, by choice or otherwise. Remember that family is who you choose and "๐๐จ๐ฎ๐ง๐ ๐๐๐ฆ๐ข๐ฅ๐ฒ" is very real and very special.
I hung out with the EigenLayer team. They handed me a tab of something.
"What is this?"
"It will show you the future - EIPs yet to be written, multilayered hypothecation, and the radical multi-chain experience."
Now I see liquid staking derivatives the way our God desired us to.
please stop joining the federated network social experimenting on moderation and promptly complaining about the moderation experiments and the decentralization
Amen!
Will we get shut down? That is for [REDACTED HOTEL NAME] to decide!
What is public and what is private on Bluesky? Bluesky is a public social network. Posts and likes are public. Blocks are public. Mutes are private, but mutelists are public lists. Your mutelist subscriptions are private. Invites and invite trees are private. Why are my posts, likes, and blocks public? The AT Protocol, which Bluesky is built on, is designed to support public conversations. To make public conversations portable across all sorts of platforms, your data is stored in data repositories that anyone can view. This means that regardless of which server you choose to join, youโll still be able to see posts across the whole network, and if you choose to change servers, you can easily take all of your data with you. This is what causes the user experience of Bluesky, a federated protocol, to be similar to all the other social media apps you have used before.
hey new users, Bluesky is a *public* social network
please read about data privacy and more in our User FAQ to help you get oriented! even though we require an invite code to create an account, you should treat any posts here as if it's a public blog

Since pronouns can be used in place of not knowing someone's name, how would you discover the first letter of their name (besides the issues of someone trying to point me out at a table across the room with Hudson, Hunter, and Hubert).
Fun accomplishment for me: I severely overextended myself with fun jobs and volunteer stuff, so tonight I ripped the band-aid off and left one of those gigs. I am still overextended, but have steadily increased how often I say no :)
I blame all of my friends doing cool projects.
